I don’t usually leave reviews, but Mims Optical truly impressed me. I needed prescription lenses for my favorite sunglasses, and they made the process seamless and efficient, handled entirely over the phone. Wendy provided exceptional customer service. I mailed them out and had my glasses back in just a week. They were perfectly fitted and beach ready. There was no difference from the original lenses, and my prescription made it easier for me to see and drive in the sun . The pricing was surprisingly very fair considering the customer service. Highly recommend!!!!!

My son approached me on a Saturday, 2 days before he moves into college, and informs me that he broke his glasses. He goes to college 4 hours away and once he is there has no extra time for much. I reached out to Wendy about how I can get him a replacement pair, without him being present. She told me to come in and she would do whatever she could to make this happen. She did that and more. I left that day with a pair of glasses, when I delivered them to my picky son he loved them and they fit great. Wendy was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She made the whole experience pleasant and actually enjoyable. I highly recommend mims optique.
