Appointments booked through our website or via Weave are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
All eyewear and products are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse service at our discretion.
Prescription eyewear is custom-made to your individual specifications. Once fabrication has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Return and exchange eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation:
Due to the custom nature of prescription eyewear, returns or exchanges may be limited once lenses have been cut and fitted. Non-prescription frames in original, unworn condition may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase.
Mims Optique offers patient financing through Cherry Technologies. Financing applications, approvals, and terms are governed by Cherry's own terms and conditions and are subject to credit approval. Mims Optique is not responsible for the terms or decisions of Cherry's financing program. Visit our financing page for more information.
Our online frame shop (shop.mimsoptique.com) may be governed by separate terms and conditions. Please review those terms when making purchases through the online store.
